James is from both a construction and sales background and joined CSC at the beginning of 2013, taking on the freelance fit out and refurbishment desk. Throughout this time, he has been tasked with maintaining existing and building new client relationships, which has proved a great success, supplying a range of freelance white collar management across a variety of roles within production, commercial, preconstruction and design.  He is honest, approachable and determined and is one of CSCs great office personalities, with an ever-upbeat manner. A trustworthy, professional and friendly character ready for any challenge.

Aaron is from a bespoke customer service/sales background and he has over 10 years of construction recruitment experience. He specialises in the residential, Commercial and public sector markets. He has extensive experience supporting Start up construction businesses right through to delivering for tier 1 contractors throughout the nation. Additionally, he supports developers within the new build social housing and private markets. He supplies a range of white-collar staff crossing multiple disciplines such as; Commercial, Technical/Design and Production. He is described as passionate, hardworking and driven. His work ethic is second to none, he cares and that is what makes him an outstanding professional.

Reegan studied Performing Arts at college and having completed her course went onto teaching dance to all ages at a dance school in Essex. Reegan then continued to teach on a part time basis when she started working for a small company in an administration role. After a couple of year working locally, Reegan wanted to work in the city in a more business focused role and joined a large recruitment organisation sourcing Architects for clients in Berlin. Reegan found she enjoyed recruitment and joined CSC working in our Fit Out team assisting with both freelance and permanent requirements.

With a degree in geography and a master’s degree in urban planning,  Tom has a strong understanding of how built environments evolve and function. He began his career in tech recruitment, where he developed a keen eye for identifying talent and understanding client needs.

After initially working in recruitment in the European Tech Market, Tom joined CSC, where he now focuses on supporting clients across the construction sector. He specialises in sourcing a wide range of white-collar professionals, from site managers to project managers, ensuring the right fit for both clients and candidates. He has also taken on responsibility for the freelance fit out and refurbishment desk, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality candidates for fast paced project environments. His combined experience allows him to bridge the gap between technical requirements and people-focused solutions.
