Salary: £18000 - £28000 per annum
Title: Site Administrator

I am looking for a site administrator to join a large M&E contractor on a permanent basis.

You will be based on a Site in Central London, assisting the Document Controller and Project Director on a daily basis.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who is looking for further a career in Administration/Document Control.

Ideally some sort of EDMS experience. (Aconex, Asite, 4 Projects, BIW/Conject, Viewpoint etc)

  • Archiving all site documents.
  • Assisting the project manager with any ad hoc administration.
  • Making sure site team are inducted.
  • Checking site tickets, making sure they are in date.
  • Updating and maintaining drawing registers and making sure they are up to date.
  • Generating document numbers.
  • Managing work flows.
  • QA checking drawings and documents daily.
  • Sending transmittals.
  • Experience setting up EDMS system for sites.
  • Assisting the project manager with any ad hoc administration.
  • Collating O&M Manuals.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Must have experience in Document Control in the construction sector.
  • Have strong attention to detail
Be competent in using Excel/Microsoft Packages
