Our client are a main contractor that specialise within the residential sector, and they are looking for an RLO to join on a freelance basis.

This will be based on SW London, so if you are on a weeks notice or immediately available - apply below!

They are looking for a Resident Liaison Office to take on the following duties;

• To carry out validation surveys before any other inspections,
• Manage and administer resident satisfaction surveying
• Keeping all residents up to date with works being carried out
• supporting the site manager in day to day duties
• Appointment arranging for operatives and sub-contractors where necessary
• Build and strengthen resident relationships
• oversee and administer resident satisfaction procedures
• Compiling data to produce frequent News Letters


You will be working in a fast pace environment and be expected to deliver the highest class of customer service. You MUST have experience of working as an Resident Liaison Office and be immediately available.
