Salary: £300 - £350 per day

The client is an international developer with a longstanding reputation for self delivering iconic projects. They currently have a major residential scheme in construction comprised of 1200 units over 9 blocks which completes in 2023.

They currently have a need for a Block Manager to manage the fit out of a block of apartments on a residential development in East London.

Applicants must have previous experience of taking apartments from shell and core stage all the way through to handovers. Duties will include managing all subcontract activity within the designated building, short term programmes, health and safety management, conducting meetings and quality assurance.

Applicants must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

There will be immediate starts for appropriate applicants. This is a long term freelance position and the client is willing to accept CIS payments.
