Title: Design Manager - Residential
Our client is a main contractor that specialise in new build residential projects within London and its home counties. They are currently looking for a Technical Manager to join and lightly lead the current project team for a short-term contract to help support the technical team on a project they have in Bracknell which is a 300 new build residential scheme with circa 6 months to complete.
You will be based on site in Bracknell, and you will be part of a technical team that is made up of 2 x Technical Coordinators working on the later stages of the project with a key emphasis on the M&E and interiors/internals.
This role will start on a freelance basis with a view to be considered on a permanent role further down the line.
You will be immediately available to start as the process is a one stage interview with a view to start straight away.
