Salary: £400-£450 per day
Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are supporting a leading contractor on the refurbishment of a prestigious 7 hotel in Westminster*. This is a high-spec, fast-paced project requiring an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to assist in closing out procurement on 30 packages ranging from £100k to £4-6m.

Responsibilities

• Finalising procurement and letting packages
• Managing subcontractor negotiations and agreements
• Ensuring best value, compliance, and project quality
• Reporting into the commercial lead

Candidate requirements

• Strong procurement background within high-end projects (hospitality, residential, or commercial)
• Experience managing packages across varied values
• Available to start immediately
