Salary: £300 - £400 / day -- CIS
Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a high-value fit-out project. The scheme will involve both CAT A and CAT B works, delivering classrooms and laboratory spaces.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations and programme delivery
• Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring quality and H&S standards are met
• Acting as the main client-facing representative on site
• Reporting progress and ensuring deadlines are achieved

Company

The project scope includes:

• Curtain walling to one elevation
• Replacement of windows
• High-quality internal fit-out

Candidate requirements

• Proven experience delivering CAT A and CAT B fit-outs
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to manage and drive programmes to completion
• Previous experience working on education or laboratory schemes desirable
