Construction Lead needed for data centres across London

Title: Construction Lead

Location: North West London and Essex

Overview: My client is a Main Contractor operating across the UK and US specialising in interior fit outs, new construction and major infrastructure upgrades across a range of sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, residential, hospitality, life sciences, retail, public sector and technology.

Role: No.1 Construction Lead responsible for the build and on-site liaison of projects ranging from £50 - £120m across London. You will be responsible for managing the production and communicating effectively with the site team, following the programme to ensure safe and timely delivery in a client facing role.

About You: You will have strong construction and project management experience with a main contractor, having ran large scale, steel frame projects as a No.1. Data centre experience is desirable but not essential.

Location: The projects are based in North West London and Essex.
