Position: Project Manager, Portsmouth
Salary: £65,000-£75,000 plus car allowance plus benefits
Position: Project Manager to oversee a £8m new build school near Portsmouth for a recognised main contractor. Project Manager will join from pre-construction design stage then deliver the project as number on site through to client handover with a site manager reporting into them. Reporting into a visiting Ops Manager overall.
Individual: Will have a proven track record of delivering similar size schemes at Project Manager level, ideally in the education sector and have experience of working on framework projects in the past. They will need to have worked for a recognised main contractor due to the procedures and processes in place with this top tier contractor. They will need to deal with various stakeholder clients as well as managing the site team and supply chain.
