Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £300 - £350 per day
Title: Quantity Surveyor

Company Overview: My client is a medium sized, privately owned contractor with an annual turnover of over £100m. They carry out projects in the high end commercial, leisure and residential sectors. They have a reputation for quality, delivery and repeat business.

Role: They have recently won a project in Berkshire and require a site-based surveyor for the job. The project is a £40m residential project and it is for a private client. The successful candidate will have thorough procurement experience and extensive experience working for a tier 1 contractor.

Individual: You will have an appreciation of surveying for a main or sub contractor working as part of a team on larger projects or running your own smaller schemes as a Senior quantity surveyor / intermediate quantity surveyor.
