Rate: £220-£270 a day
through umbrella or own ltd company
Position: Freelance Site Manager to oversee a £500k CAT B fit out of commercial office and lab space. This is a fast track scheme over 10 weeks and the site manager will be responsible for coordinating the various fit out trades from start through to completion. Reporting into a visiting Contracts Director.
Individual: Will have experience of running similar size fast track commercial fit out schemes from start through to handover. They will need to have all their health and safety tickets including SMSTS, First Aid and black managers CSCS Card. Candidate will need to be within easy commute of Reading area.
