Assistant Site Manager (super prime residential)

Overview: My client is a small/medium sized London based main contractor specialising in bespoke, super prime residential refurbishment projects. Projects go up to £15m and are luxury, single dwellings with exceptionally high-quality finishes for prestige clients.

Role: Assistant Site Manager needed to work on bespoke, luxury residential projects reporting into the Project Manager and Construction Director.

About You: You will have experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on super prime residential projects, whether they are new build or refurbishments and you must have a valid SMSTS.
