Salary: £200 - £240/day

Our client is a residential contractor with several residential projects within Cambridgeshire. They build throughout the nation and are frequent nominees for top construction companies to work for in the UK.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an internal bias Assistant Site Manager on a temp to perm basis. They are looking to add to their current project team to help with the upcoming work on their project.

We see this as a career changing opportunity on the basis that you’ll be working with several experienced managers that will offer support, training and guidance which will result in the successful candidate receiving promotions to higher levels within the industry.

The role will involve overseeing the internal works on a range of apartments from 1st and or 2nd fix, through to handover. You will be overseeing a large number of apartments at any given time so previous experience of similar responsibilities is essential.

Your day-to-day duties will include (But not limited to);

• Full management of the internal trades with a key focus on the quality of delivery
• Progress reporting to the Senior Site Manager
• All aspects of Health and safety
• Weekly site meetings
• Inductions
• You must have previous construction experience, ideally within residential.
