Salary: £170 - £200 per day

Our client is a respected main contractor has been operating for over 20 years and has an estimated turn-over of £30 million. They specialise within the high-end Residential Market specialising in building one off super prime residential properties.

They are currently looking for a finishing foreman / assistant site manager to join their team on a high-class new build mansion which is currently in its fit out stages based in Hampshire.

You will be reporting into a site-based Project Manager and will be responsible for managing QA throughout the property managing the trades to ensure the highest quality finish. Packages to manage will include; carpentry/joinery, stone & Marble, dry lining, kitchen (£250k) and bathrooms to name a few.

The successful candidate will have recent experience of working on high end properties, specifically the internals, have a good eye for detail and have available references. Must have an SMSTS, CSCS card and First Aid certificate.
