Your Future Role…

You will be part of a dynamic and driven team of design/Pre construction staff in one of London's up and coming contractors. You will report in to the Head of Design who will induct you in to the business and support you throughout. Working alongside another BIM Manager and Document Controller you will be responsible to manage large Project Information Models to produce coordinated Asset Information Models. The role will include engaging with the Bid & Estimating department to identify potential tenders that could be used to develop BIM visualisations/walk throughs and construction simulations; ensure effective communication between the client, lead supplier and each of the task teams; capture the client's key decision points and project information requirements (PLQ's). Highlighting any specific standards, methods and/or procedures required by the client and documenting and validating the information requirements within the clients.


Your Future Company…

A successful contractor turning over £200m with London centric work. Specialising in a mixture of residential, commercial, education and leisure projects between £20m-£80m. They have had steady growth in their London office over the last 6 years with 9 live projects and another 6 started later this year, they are one of London's up and coming contractors with big plans for growth over the next 5 years. They are a sociable business with a work hard play hard mentality so day to day if it a great environment to work in.

About You…

You must have BIM level 2 Project Delivery experience as well as Autodesk Revit and Audodesk Navisworks. Ideally an educational background in construction or Architecture and have a methodical approach to design delivery. Personality wise you must be a team player and able to manage and drive multiple work streams simultaneously. You need to hands on with this role so this isnt for delegators this position.
