Coming from a high-volume housebuilder, you will be dynamic and adaptable to new technologies, processes and board-level exposure to ensure the company and division are achieving the best possible results.

About You…You need to provide clear direction, management control and leadership to ensure future Divisional developments are designed to be built efficiently and cost effectively, while current ones are constructed to programme, budget and Group quality standards, in compliance with all Group policies and external regulations. Manage and support Build Managers to deliver high volume production of homes within the geographical area you cover. You will ensure that the Build and Project Managers are following build programme, and delivering a product in line with Crest Nicholson's quality standards.Coordinating the core site staff; ensuring the delivery of schemes is completed on time, that pre-lims are accurately costed and achievable and that the contractors appointed are delivering in accordance with our requirements. Consistently increase the communication, collaboration and accountability both within, and across functions to ensure timelines, design plan, land requirements and build plan works in symbiosis, delivering the best financial stream, without compromising on health and safety or quality.
What You Can Expect ...A base salary between £70,000 to £80,000 depending on experience. In addition to this the developer will offer you a basic package including benefits. You will be part of a successful team where you will have the chance to learn and adapt your skills to progress your own career. This will be a challenging but successful position with chances for progression for the right individual.
