Company Overview: Our client is a privately owned, medium sized contractor undertaking both fit out and refurbishment contracts typically between £1m and £25m in value. They work within the commercial, Healthcare and Leisure sectors on a traditional basis

Position: They require an experienced Site Manager to join the team on a a mixed use project in Surrey valued at £20m. The project is part commercial/part residential, a 5 storey building with a vertical extension with ground floor retail space and comprising 33 apartments The first 12 months of the job are groundworks and steel frame erection so the successful candidate needs to be well versed in that type of experience

Individual: You will have a good track record of delivering new build and refurbishment up to £25m in value. You will also need valid CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS. The key for this project is being out on the site and driving the trades specifically the steel frame experience. They want a strong team player with a strong personality
