Salary: £70,000 - £85,000/annum
Title: Contracts Manager

We're currently partnered with a large main contractor with a turnover of around £30m last year, with their sights set on increasing this number to £100m. The company are multi sector working across residential, educational, health care and commercial on schemes up to £20m in value.

They're looking for a project manager to join the team to work on a £15m hotel which is a new build. You will be the number one on site reporting directly into a visiting director, assisting the successful delivery of the scheme to programme, as well as the quality and budget within a safe environment.
