Salary: £230 - £300 per day
Title: Healthcare Site/Project Manager

Company Overview: Our client are a privately owned, medium sized contractor with an annual turnover of around £60m, They carry out projects in both new build and refurbishment typically in the healthcare, residential and commercial sectors up to £5m in value.

Position: They currently require SM/PM who can comfortably run jobs up to £2m as a no.1 on site. The jobs will be in the healthcare sector so experience in this particular sector would be essential. It is part of a framework agreement in West London, so, preferably someone in that location would be desirable

Individual: You will have a good track record of delivering healthcare projects on a fit out or refurbishment basis up to £1m in value. You must also have valid CSCS, first aid and SMSTS
