Salary: £85k + Package
Title: Senior Design Manager

Senior Design Manager required on regeneration of an old site which has approx. 3 years to run.

The build consists of approx. 250 units consisting of 3 storey town houses and 4 low rise towers and 1 high rise tower (18 metres) built for affordable housing and currently sits at stage 3 and groundworks are expected to start towards the end of the year.

To be successful for this role you will ideally come from Main Contractor background and be able to demonstrate previous experience gained working on Housing Association / Affordable Housing projects in the past.
