Salary: £300 - £330/day
Title: Site Manager (Nights)

Our client is a main contractor that operate within the residential sector.  The specialise in new build hotels, RC Frame residential developments and student accommodation schemes.

We are recruiting a site manager to over the Night Shifts in order to help achieve project completion. The scope of works include the internal works of a hotel.

As the site manager your responsibilities will be:

• Coordinating internal trades
• Diary management
• Producing a thorough and accurate handover report to the site day team
• All Aspects of site health and safety

Candidate

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering similar projects and must have the following construction certificates; 
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
