Our client is a well-respected medium sized Main Contractor (Construction) that operate within the Education and healthcare sectors specialising in delivering newbuild, extension and refurb projects.

Our client is looking to recruit a Site Manager to join a New Build school project based in Harrow. The project is in its finishing stages.

 

Responsibilities

The Role

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing the internal trades on a number of areas of the project to ensure successful handover. Ensuring the highest quality of finish.

Key responsibilities

• Full management of the internal trades with a key focus on the quality of delivery
• Progress reporting to the Senior Site Manager
• All aspects of Health and safety
• Snagging and De-Snagging
• Weekly site meetings
• Inductions

You Must have a valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
