Salary: £250 - £300/day
Title: Site Project Manager

Company Overview: My client is an established, privately owned, medium sized man contractor who are a specialist in the fit out and refurbishment sector Their current turnover is around the £60m mark and they have ambitious plans to grow that in the next 5 years.

Position: They are looking for a No1. Manager to run a project in South West London. The project is a steel frame extension to an existing school and then the fit out of the extension following on from that. The program on the job is about 24 weeks with the potential for further work beyond that on the same site.

Individual: Previous experience of working for a reputable refurbishment contractor would be a necessity, as well as experience of both build and fit out. as well as previous experience running projects up to £3m in value as a No.1. Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid will be needed. Good man management and client liaison skill will also be needed. Valid DBS is a necessity and enhanced DBS would be even more favourable

Although this is a freelance role, there is massive scope for it be a long term and possibly permanent with an exciting and growing business
