An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Coordinator to join a well-established national housebuilder with an excellent reputation for quality developments, career progression, and long-term stability.

This is the perfect role for someone with previous housebuilding or construction industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of major residential developments. You’ll become a key part of a professional and supportive team, helping deliver high-quality homes across Suffolk.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinating schedules, documentation, and site communications
  • Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and site management teams
  • Supporting the delivery of residential housing developments
  • Managing reports, systems, and project administration
  • Ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Assisting with customer and contractor queries
  • Maintaining strong communication across multiple departments

Company

As Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of residential developments from pre-construction through to completion. You’ll work closely with site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure projects remain organised, compliant, and on schedule.

This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same.
