This is an excellent opportunity for a polished sales professional with a passion for property and exceptional customer service to represent a prestigious development.
Responsibilities
- Managing all sales enquiries and converting leads into reservations
- Conducting viewings and presenting luxury homes to prospective buyers
- Building strong relationships with clients, agents, and solicitors
- Maintaining the presentation standards of the sales office and show homes
- Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
- Keeping accurate records using CRM systems
- Delivering against sales targets and KPIs
Company
As the face of the development, you will be responsible for guiding purchasers through the entire sales journey while delivering a first-class customer experience.
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience in new homes sales or luxury property sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work weekends on a rota basis
- Full UK driving licence preferred
