Salary: Competitive basic salary + £60,000 OTE

Responsibilities

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to reservation and completion, providing an exceptional customer experience throughout.

You’ll be working for a busy development, engaging with prospective buyers, conducting viewings, generating reservations and helping customers make one of the biggest purchasing decisions of their lives.

Managing enquiries and converting leads into reservations

Conducting viewings and providing detailed presentations of the development and properties

Building strong relationships with prospective buyers

Managing customers throughout the sales journey

Negotiating sales and maximising opportunities

Maintaining accurate sales records and CRM information

Working closely with the site and wider sales teams

Achieving individual and development sales targets

Providing an excellent customer experience from first enquiry through to completion

Candidate requirements

Previous New Homes Sales experience, alternatively, a strong background in residential/property sales

Proven experience of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Confidence negotiating and closing sales

A professional and proactive approach

The ability to work independently while being part of a wider team

A genuine passion for property and delivering results
