• Subcontractor procurement and management
• Valuations, variations and cost reporting
• Managing projects through to final account
• Working closely with operational teams and clients
• Regular site visits across London

My client is a well-established contractor specialising in refurbishment and maintenance projects across London and the South East.

Candidate

Candidate requirements

Experience working for a main contractor within refurbishment, maintenance or planned works. Candidates from similar environments including social housing, public sector refurbishment and frameworks would be particularly relevant.

 

Role benefits

£75,000–£85,000 + package depending on experience.

The role will be predominantly based from their Peckham office, with site visits across London as required.
