Salary: £220/day CIS
Title: Site Manager

One of our clients is in search of a Site Manager to oversee a full turnkey of a high end restaurant based in Bath. We are seeking an individual that is capable of management and coordination of a site based team.

Your ability to be client-facing and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

This project is 3 weeks in the first week of May 2024, You will work with a team to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Managing the trades and ensuring quality on site
• Managing the health and safety on site
• Ensuring all works are carried out as required and safely
• Overseeing internal and externals works
• Manage the quality of completed works
• Conduct regular subcontractor meetings
• Liaise directly with Project Manager
• Ensuring work is completed within budget and on time at the highest quality standards.
• Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors.
• Oversee general day to-day operations on the construction site

Candidate requirements

Requirements:

• MIUST be Gold or Black CSCS, SMSTS, FIRST AID, Asbestos and fire Marshal certified
• Minimum 5 years experience site management
• Ideally with fit out / retail or commercial project experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• MUST be proficient in MS projects
