Interviewing is a two-way process and both candidates and clients want to get the most out of the interview. A team of experienced consultants run our freelance division who are experts at placing people in temporary roles. Clients are increasingly relying on freelancers for many reasons. They may need people to work on a project at short notice, or they do not have the authority to recruit a permanent member of staff at that time. They may need holiday cover or people to fill an unexpected resignation or just extra staff to finish a difficult project on a tight deadline. Some clients prefer the flexibility of employing freelance/contract staff for assignments running from a week to a year, or on a trial basis before permanent employment.
