A team of experienced consultants run our freelance division who are experts at placing people in temporary roles. Clients are increasingly relying on freelancers for many reasons. They may need people to work on a project at short notice, or they do not have the authority to recruit a permanent member of staff at that time. They may need holiday cover or people to fill an unexpected resignation or just extra staff to finish a difficult project on a tight deadline. Some clients prefer the flexibility of employing freelance/contract staff for assignments running from a week to a year, or on a trial basis before permanent employment.

We have a large network of high quality freelance and contract staff who offer fast and flexible solutions to meet our clients’ most pressing resourcing challenges.

A large number of freelancers have worked for CSC Recruitment previously with a track record of successfully delivering for our clients. Our freelance candidates are treated in the same way as permanent candidates, with rigorous interviews, checks and referencing.


A team of highly experienced consultants and administration staff run our permanent division. Expert at finding the most talented and qualified construction candidates in the market, they work closely with clients advising when great candidates become available, even if clients don’t have a specific resourcing need at that time.

As well as our large database, we also source candidates from client referrals and industry contacts. Every candidate is interviewed personally, so we can really understand what their level of experience is and what is most important to them in their next career move. We aim to find the right fit for both client and candidate.
