Training

Training

Here at CSC, training and development is incredibly important. This could be the start of a long career, and we like to invest in the people that stick with us. We offer in-depth training for beginners and those already established recruiters hoping to progress within the business. We begin with a three-phased training programme designed to give industry knowledge, create confidence, teach techniques and establish good working habits. For all staff we provide frequent training in the form of our Super Consultant Pathway and World Class training programme, with coaching tools and facilities. We want to create the best recruiters possible, who do their job well and reflect our values through their honest and diligent approach.
