Martin has been with CSC for 12 years, initially starting as a trainee consultant working on a newly formed, white collar construction freelance desk in the London office. He helped grow the London freelance division at CSC for 7 years before moving to the New Forest and setting up the Southampton office in 2014. This services the Southern Homes Counties, Thames Valley and Western Region, and helps increase CSC’s geographical coverage in white collar main contracting and residential markets for both permanent and freelance roles.

With a background in sales and customer service, Jemma decided to pursue a career in recruitment, as a way of combining both areas of her experience and progressing her career. Jemma joined CSC in the Summer of 2017, having previously worked for another recruitment business in the construction sector. As part of the permanent team at our Southampton office, she works with a portfolio of leading residential developers in the Southern Counties. Jemma enjoys the construction industry and looks to build strong relationships with her clients covering all disciplines.
Emma began working in the Recruitment industry in 2013, joining a business specialising in the rail and construction sectors as support to a team. She enjoys working in a busy office environment, working alongside consultants providing them full administration support and using the experience she has gained over the last 7 years. Emma is now looking after the administration for our growing office in Southampton and is looking to progress and develop her career at CSC Recruitment.
