As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for early stage procurement and ensuring that the project stays within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be confident in dealing with all aspects of Quantity Surveying.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying
