My client is a tier one residential developer in search of a Project Manager to join their team on their 60 unit, traditional build and RC Frame development based in North London.

The role will involve assisting with timescales, programming, management of the site team and assisting with aiding towards the successful completion and handover of the development.

Experience and understanding of the management of a project from 1st and 2nd fix, over to completion and handover is a must.
