Site Manager (Fit Out)

Our Client has a requirement for a Site Manager to run the Commercial Fit out project situated in Holborn.

You will be required to have experience in all aspects of the Fit-Out & Refurbishment processes. As the Site Manager, your role will be to oversee the trades site team on the project and you will be a highly valued connection between the Site Team and the Project Management / Directors. You will need to be confident, capable, be able to make decisions and be able to provide a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget.

Your required duties will include managing the site along with liaising with senior members of staff within the business and head office, liaising and ordering with suppliers, organising of sub-contractors, managing the complete works programme while delivering the project on time and in budget, be effective in both written and verbal communications between the client and the company, be responsible for ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.

You will need to be IT literate, you will need to have a good communication manner both verbally and written, be well presented and be comfortable undertaking numerous tasks at any one time. In order to be considered for this position you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Have a valid SMSTS / First Aid / CSCS

• Live within a commutable distance of Holborn

• Have the required Personal Protective Equipment

• Be punctual and reliable

 • Contract Length: 16 Weeks

• Day shift

• Monday to Friday
