My client are a Medium Sized fit contractor with an annual turnover of around £20m. They carry out projects in the commercial, retail and leisure sectors

They have recently won a £3.5m commercial fit out project in Buckinghamshire. It is a complete strip out and modernisation, bringing the interiors from the 1990's to the 2020's. It will be 4 floors in total, including some plant work on the roof. There will be a PM who will be on site 2-3 days a week but the Manager they are looking for will have full autonomy on site as far as organising the trades and labour, pushing the job and liaising with the client

They are looking for a competent Site Manager who has experience of running Jobs as a standalone no.1 manager. This will involve the responsibility of all day-to-day site activity. The successful candidate will also need to have valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Prior fit out or refurbishment experience is essential
