My client is a tier one developer in search of a freelance Site Manager to oversee a block of new build residential apartments, the block will consist of between 50 - 60 units and is located in North West London.

The role will involve overseeing the block from shell & core through to completion, the SFS is complete and the windows are in, the role will involve overseeing complete fit out of the units.

Experience within this type of role is going to be important, along with an up to date CSCS card, first aid and SMSTS.
