Document Controller / Office Manager
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000/annum
Title: Document Controller / Office Manager
Have an understanding of Aconex and Procore
Minimum 2 years experience within this field
Provide accurate, timely and efficient preparation and management of documents,
Manage and control design documentation between the project team and external parties, ensuring the latest revisions are administrated and distributed accordingly,
Control the numbering, sorting, filing, saving, archiving and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by the Project Team,
Carry out QA checks on all published information/documentation in accordance with project document control procedure,
Process incoming documentation (an accurate record on the issue sheets, saving to internal system - Share File and distributing to the Project Team and relevant subcontractors)
Process Project Invoice Approval documentation via company COINS system
Process outgoing documentation (an accurate record on the issue sheets, transmit to Project Platform, saving to the internal system - Share File)
Assist in the preparation of O&M's, collate relevant information, save them in the system and upload to the relevant platform
Arrange for full size hard copies (Hobbs)
Prepare ad-hoc reports for the Project Team when required
Work alongside company auditors to maintain ISO status/standards
Communicate and collaborate with the Project Team
Follow company procedures, ensuring Project Folders are managed correctly
Ensure document distribution is recorded.
