Our client is a residential contractor. They have a number of residential projects within Hampshire, and are frequent nominees of the prestigious “Contractor of the year award”. They have an extremely low staff turnover and have appeared in the top ten contractors to work for in the nation for consecutive years.

An exciting freelance opportunity has arisen for a Finishing Manager to join the project team. The project is a residential scheme of circa 150 apartments. The project has circa 6 months to run.

The role will involve overseeing the internals on a large number of apartments from a range of 1st & 2nd Fix stages, and to manage them through to handover.

Your day-to-day duties will include (But not limited to); Full management of the internal sub-contractors with a key focus on the QA, accurate progress reporting aligned with the programme deadlines, reporting to the Project Manager, health and safety and weekly site meetings.

You must and have proven experience of managing internal apartments on residential schemes previously.
