Salary: £48,000 - £55,000/annum plus package
Title: Site Manager

My client is redeveloping a residential project in North Yorkshire. Reporting into the Senior Project Manager you will be working alongside a strong site team overseeing a New build and hotel refurb and extension.

They are in search of dependable and committed Site Manager to join their team on a £12m project.  This project extends over 4 years, and with a consistent pipeline of work, the right candidate can expect continuous engagement.

They are seeking a Site Manager who can infuse energy, team spirit, and camaraderie into the site, blending seamlessly with their current team. With an excellent supply chain in place, they ensure project efficiency, ultimately simplifying your work.

The ideal Site Manager should possess:

- Minimum of 10  years of experience as a Site Manager, particularly on high-end residential projects

- Background in Carpentry

- External, groundworks project experience

- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications
