Contracts Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000/annum
Title: Contracts Manager

Staff management of up to 5 Site managers & associated assistants. Programme management & implementations, sub-contractor / labour management. Experience of MS Projects (desirable but not essential). RAMS review & sign off, client liaison (including requests & contract management), delivery load schedules, witness & testing schedules. Raising orders for materials & labour etc, quality control, handovers / handover packs, Manage & track budgets, liaising with commercial & design teams, Packages: M&E, Internal fit out, ground works, infrastructure & external works, utilities & services, cranage and logistics. Character Profile: Can-do attitude who will work autonomously & problem solve, manage their own diary, experience of DFE & retail clients, willing to travel on a national basis (North of England)
