Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to join the team on a project in South West London, overseeing a high-end residential project. The project is 13 units with Ground floor commercial. The building is just about to be made watertight and the now need a Project Manager to run the whole internal package

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage high-end residential projects from conception to completion.

- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate design elements and ensure seamless project execution.

- Utilise your expertise in design to contribute valuable insights and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring client satisfaction.

- Foster effective communication and collaboration between various stakeholders.

Candidate requirements

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction or design  projects.

- Autonomy in project management and the ability to make strategic decisions.

- In-depth knowledge of design principles and trends within the residential sector.

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
