My client is a residential developer in search of a freelance Customer Care Manager to join their team on their development located in St Albans.

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for customers throughout my clients warranty period while maintaining a customer focused approach and delivering high levels of customer service at all times.

Previous Customer Service Manager experience in a similar role for a House Builder is essential.
