Salary: £85,000 - £100,000/annum
Title: Contracts Manager

Our client is an outstanding specialist in Design and Build and Interior fit-outs, collaborating with recognizing brands and organizations in the UK, holding a  position in the market with a strong pipeline of projects in 2024 / 2025 and onwards.  

In their expansion efforts, they are currently looking an experienced Contracts Manager to assist on multiple projects across London and the UK.

As a key member, you will be responsible in leading and managing the site team and overseeing the clients needs and requirements throughout all phases to ensure the project meets cost, time, and quality specifications.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and overseeing efficient communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support requirements of the project.
• Devising strategies to minimize risks and uphold project compliance standards.
• Contributing to the formulation of the client's brief and delivery strategy, taking charge of design management, procurement, and execution of the scheme.
• Organizing, planning, and overseeing both internal and external meetings related to the project.
• Taking the lead in the procurement process for the necessary services and works essential for project delivery.
• Possessing a grasp of budgets and estimates, and the capability to assess and question proposals put forth by contractors.

Candidate requirements

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years' experience as a Senior Site Manager / Contracts Manager.
• Black CSCS / SMSTS / First Aid qualified
• Has ideally worked on projects up to £15m in value
• Design and Build project experience – high end would be preferred
• Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Robust organizational abilities, demonstrating the capacity to manage multiple projects
• Willingness to travel and stay away as needed.
