Salary: £250 - £270/day CIS
Title: Site Manager

One of our clients is seeking a Site Manager to supervise modular installation project in London. We are seeking for an individual that is capable of management and coordination of the modular build project installation projects.  Your ability to be client-facing and communicate effectively will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Managing the trades and ensuring quality on site
• Managing the health and safety on site
• Ensuring all works are carried out as required and safely
• Overseeing internal and externals works
• Manage the quality of completed works
• Conduct regular sub-contractor meetings
• Liaise directly with Project Manager and other Site Managers
• Ensuring work is completed within budget and on time at the highest quality standards.
• Lead and manage site personnel, subcontractors.
• Oversee general day-to-day operations on the construction site

Candidate requirements

Requirements:

• Have a Black CSCS & SMSTS & FIRST AID
• Minimum 5 years experience site management
• MUST have an enhanced DBS
• Healthcare project exp would be an advantage
• With modular build project experience
• Has ideally worked for a Tier 1 contractor
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Proficient in MS projects
