We are working with a prestigious national developer who is seeking a talented and driven Sales Advisor to join their London-based team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a strong understanding of the London property market, combined with experience in dealing with both domestic and international clients.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be at the forefront of driving sales for some of the most sought-after developments in London. The role requires an individual who is not only familiar with the local market but also adept at managing relationships with international agents and buyers. You will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire sales process, ensuring a smooth and successful transaction.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivating and managing relationships with domestic and international agents to promote and sell high-end developments.
• Handling the complete sales process from initial contact to completion, delivering a seamless client experience.
• Offering expert advice on the London property market, tailoring solutions to meet the unique needs of both local and international clients.
• Leveraging digital tools and platforms to maximize sales efficiency and enhance client engagement.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing significantly to the team's overall performance.

Candidate

What We're Looking For:

• A proven track record in property sales, ideally within the London market.
• Deep knowledge of the London property scene and experience dealing with international buyers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems, social media, and other digital tools to support sales efforts.
