Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality in construction? We’re looking for a Quality Manager to join our team and play a key role in ensuring our projects meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities
As our Quality Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing quality assurance processes across our projects. You’ll work closely with project teams to maintain compliance, conduct inspections, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement in quality standards.

✔ Experience in quality management within the construction industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
✔ Proven ability to conduct inspections, audits, and testing procedures.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
✔ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
✔ A proactive approach to risk management and continuous improvement.
Candidate requirements
🔹 Ensuring Compliance – Ensure all construction activities meet building codes, regulations, industry standards, and project specifications.
🔹 Quality Assurance & Control – Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, conduct audits and inspections, and oversee material testing.
🔹 Documentation & Reporting – Maintain accurate records of inspections and tests, and generate reports to track progress and improvements.
🔹 Risk Management – Identify potential quality risks and non-conformance issues, implementing corrective actions to resolve them.
🔹 Communication & Coordination – Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors while liaising with external stakeholders, such as inspectors and regulatory bodies.
🔹 Continuous Improvement – Enhance quality processes, stay updated on industry best practices, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
