Title: Senior Site Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to lead complex ground and civil engineering works across a major residential development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver civil and substructure works on time, within budget, and to spec
• Coordinate site activities and manage stakeholders including clients, local authorities, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and engineering requirements
• Review design information and provide buildable solutions
• Lead progress meetings and maintain accurate reporting

Candidate

• Strong experience in civil engineering and site coordination
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and construction methods
• Proficiency in setting out, temporary works, and construction materials
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Candidate requirements

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Power Project, and integrated management systems
• Commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement
