Title: New Homes Sales Consultant
We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion, delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of new home sales
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth
- Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and guide them through the purchasing process
- Conduct property viewings and presentations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions

Candidate
- Proven experience in new homes or residential property sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work 5 days a week, including some weekends
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
