Salary: £45,000 - £50,000/annum

You will carry out a variety of refurbishment works across South East London, working on leading public sector projects. This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability, career growth, and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform multi-trade refurbishment tasks, with carpentry as your core skill.
• Complete works to a high standard across occupied and void properties.
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver projects on time.
• Liaise with clients and site managers to ensure quality and compliance.
• Drive to sites across South East London (company van provided).

Candidate requirements

• Proven refurbishment experience across multiple trades.
• Strong carpentry skills and relevant qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence (essential).
• Ability to deliver high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Experience working on public sector or social housing projects is desirable.
