Salary: £27,000 - £55,000/annum + Package

We are working directly with a leading residential developer to recruit a motivated and customer-focused New Homes Sales Advisor for an exciting development in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established developer offering high-quality homes and strong earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Managing the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
• Conducting site tours and showcasing show homes to prospective buyers
• Building strong relationships with customers and guiding them through the purchasing journey
• Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Maintaining accurate records and progressing sales through CRM systems
• Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions

Candidate requirements

• Previous experience in new homes sales or property sales (essential)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with a proven track record in sales
• Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused
• Ability to work weekends and bank holidays (with days off in lieu)
• Full UK driving licence preferred
